I like how it is opened ended. There is a lot of exploration, and if students get stumped, they can move to another puzzle.

All learning levels will enjoy Breakout+ however, the content knowledge is most suitable for third grade and above.
How do students play Breakout+?
Breakout+, like all Breakout EDU games, provides a wonderful opportunity for students to work together to build and practice important skills such as collaboration. Many students have found success playing Breakout+ in small groups where each student plays on their own device, but works together with others to explore the story. This allows for both collaboration and group exploration. Alternatively, small groups may share a single device and work in pairs or small groups successfully. Like with other Breakout EDU experiences, we have made it malleable enough for teachers to make it work for their students in whatever learning environment they wish to create.
How do I introduce Breakout+ to my students?
Before playing a Breakout+ game, it may be helpful to remind students to work together and to not be afraid to share what they are thinking. Students should be encouraged to explore the digital game as they wish. Trial and error is a part of the pathway to learning!
